Thank you to everyone who attended our 2026 DOTSC Honor Award & BBQ. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate those members who are turning 75 years young this year and who continue to actively play the game.
We were proud to recognize these outstanding individuals by adding their names to the DOSC Hall of Fame Trophy. Each honoree was also presented with a special golf shirt bearing the DOSC crest and the words “Alive and Still Kicking.”
Those words perfectly capture the spirit of this remarkable group and the example they set for all of us. Their enthusiasm, dedication, and love of the game continue to inspire players of all ages.
I would also like to extend a special thank you to Larry Watson for his incredible work organizing the catering and to Mike Rochemont and Jimmy Murdoch for providing the inspirational tunes that added so much to the day's festivities.
Please join me in congratulating and celebrating these exceptional individuals for their perseverance, commitment, and passion for the sport we all enjoy.
